The human body is mostly made of water. And in my opinion it’s where our sense of movement comes from. Developing this 6th sense is what we will use as bases for the class. We will use it as guideline to explore how to get in touch with our own body as well as other people.
It will help us to find an easy and powerful way to keep the movement going without thinking about it.
The work is influenced by Steve Paxton’s “Material for the Spine” , principles of Body-Mind Centering® and my own research.
Il corpo umano è composto principalmente di acqua e, secondo me, è da lì che viene il nostro senso di movimento. La base del workshop sarà proprio lo sviluppo di questo sesto senso che sarà la nostra linea guida per entrare in contatto con il nostro corpo e con gli altri.
Questo ci aiuterà a trovare un modo semplice e efficace per lasciar fluire il movimento senza pensarci.
Il lavoro è influenzato da “Material for the Spine” di Steve Paxton, dai principi del Body-Mind Centering® e dalla mia propria ricerca.
